Ahead of tomorrow's big kick off for the 2022-23 Pitching-In Northern Premier League season, Trafford FC is 100% with ALL clubs in the Non-League pyramid AND the Football Association in standing AGAINST bad behaviour from supporters. Sadly, this initiative is necessary due to some semi-pro clubs seeing examples of crowd trouble where previously there'd been none.
Laurence Jones, Head of National League System at The FA said: "Anti-social fan behaviour has no place in football and we stand united across the NLS and the rest of the game to send a strong message that such incidents will not be tolerated. The FA and the NLS Leagues are taking an all-football approach to tackling these behaviours to ensure all participants, including our loyal volunteers and spectators, are free to watch matches in a family friendly, inclusive and safe environment for all.”
Trafford FC will eject from the ground any supporter who misbehaves, uses discriminatory or abusive language, or breaks the ground regulations such as encroaching on the pitch etc. Furthermore, all such offenders will be banned for life from our facilities at the Home Estates Shawe View. Our club is a family club, and we expect all our supporters to show respect to each other, the players and officials, and the opposition. We know we can trust you, our wonderful supporters, to continue the exemplary behaviour you have always shown - focusing completely on vocally backing Danny, Luke, Jack and the squad. Long may this continue!
